The Feeling of WEMUN EXPO 2015

In August, we nineteen students and three teachers attended WEMUN EXPO 2015 in Tianjin. It is a four-day journey. During the journey,we spoke English all the time. And I met the students all around the world who were in the same age of me in our committee. Some of us are shy and some of us are lively. However, we have one thing in common——We love English.
Each delegate should realize the background document and prepare the position paper before the meeting. Everyone is active and we express our own position and idea. And the delegates who are in the same position will make up a bloc to work together.
I still remember that we stayed up late to discuss the problem of human rights which is motioned in our meeting in the day. We all tried our best to write our own working paper and draft resolution. Of course, our DR was passed in the end. At the end of the meeting, I said to our leader,“I will miss the time we stayed up late to write the draft resolution.” And she said,“Maybe sometimes hardship is a kind of happiness if we are together”.
Through this activity, I understood the meaning of the MUN. It is not a war, but it is like a war without fire. Because we must fight for interests of our country. And I fell in love with MUN. WEMUN is a magic activity. As long as you take part in this activity, you will want to join in it again.
If you love English, if you are brave enough, come to join us. I promise you will fall in love with the feeling in MUN.
