The Harvest in WEMUN EXPO 2015

In WEMUN EXPO, it’s my first time to wear a suit like an adult, it’s my first time to talk with strangers for a long time in English, and a lot of ‘first time’ happened in this meeting. Hundreds of people from other countries around the world gathered in WEMUN EXPO.
For the first day, I felt so shy and stressed that even my voice was shaking when playing the roll call. After the session 1, a delegate invited me to join their bloc. I realized that I was the delegate of my country and I should work for the interests of my country. During a long time discussion of our topic, each delegate showed their positions. We stayed up late to write a better working paper. Everyone put all energy and enthusiasm into this meeting. In the end, our working paper passed. That was unbelievable and taught me ‘ Nothing is impossible for a willing heart .’
Besides, as an old Chinese proverb says, no matter how good you think you are, there is always someone out there that is better. Some delegates from other schools can use English freely like their mother language.
The 3 days are special and meaningful for me. This meeting made me take the first step to the world. Come and join us. Be a Munner and be grow with English.
